RedLine HIIT Classes
RedLine is an intense, cardio/strength-focused High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class and signature workout at RedZone. It's designed to push your cardiovascular limits through a "Speed-Programming" method that uses escalating work periods and minimal rest times. Classes are offered in both upper and lower body focus variations.

Grit Classes (Upper & Lower)
Strength and conditioning classes with a flare, aimed at building strength and muscle with a focus on major compound lifts, relevant accessories, and a hard cardio finish. These classes target either upper or lower body depending on the day.

HYROX Training
RedZone is now a HYROX training facility. HYROX training is a structured fitness program designed to prepare participants for a standardized race combining running and functional workout stations, emphasizing endurance, strength, and overall fitness.

Butts & Gutts
A lower body workout that targets the glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, abductors and adductors. Core exercises may also be included. All fitness levels are welcome in this focused lower body class.

Chiseled Body
Chiseled body workouts focus on building muscle mass (hypertrophy) to maximize muscle definition. This typically involves heavier compound lifts to create a strong foundation, followed by isolation exercises to "detail" specific muscle groups. Classes always conclude with a cardio finisher.

Youth Speed & Strength
Specially designed programs for kids ages 8-14 years old to improve speed, agility, strength and overall athleticism. The progressive programming develops well-rounded athletes who are collectively stronger, faster, and more agile than the competition while building character and work ethic.

Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic, creative, and athletic style of yoga that links breath with movement, seamlessly transitioning from one pose to the next. It emphasizes a fluid, ever-changing sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance, often accompanied by a rhythmic, music-driven atmosphere.

Power Yoga
A morning class exploring the balance of Yin and Yang, blending stretching, breathing, moving and strengthening to calm the mind and energize the body. Starts with passive poses held longer (YIN) to focus on release of connective tissues, then transitions to dynamic flows (YANG) to build strength.

Members have access to the gym for self-directed workouts. The gym is yours to use the equipment and train on your own schedule outside of class times.
Cold Plunge & Infrared Dry Sauna
Recovery amenities now available at the Windsor location at no additional cost for RedZone Windsor members. These wellness features help with post-workout recovery and overall health benefits.

Childcare Services
Many classes offer childcare so parents can focus on their workout while their children are cared for. This service is available during select morning and daytime class times.
